• Overtime use of building (Outside of scheduled time): Additional $25/hour

• Holiday use of building (Includes all federal and Nevada state holidays, including the Saturday of a three day weekend.): Additional $75/hour

• Building use outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm): Additional $25/hour

• Audio/Visual Booth Monitor (To be present in the booth throughout the entire presentation): $250 full day/$125 half day

NOTES: All events being considered for the Exhibit Hall must first be approved through the Curator of Exhibits, who will determine based on the current and planned exhibitions if the space is available for rental.

Times include set-up and take-down, please schedule these into your reservation times. If no time is allotted for set-up and take-down, one half hour before and one half hour after the event will be added to the reservation time with additional charges as needed per above rates. Reservation of the lobby is required even for light food and beverages.

One registration table outside of auditorium doors is allowed without charge.
