Fire Safety - CCFD Inspection (see attached copy)
o Chemical storage
o Expiration
o Sort incompatibles
o Old chemicals need to be checked for integrity of the container and expiration date. Determine if it is still usable.
o Lacking appropriate storage cabinets
o No storage within 18-inches of fire sprinkler head
o Avoid excessive accumulation of combustible materials (e.g., stacked boxes, paper products)
o Assure egress is unobstructed

· Lab coats and goggles must be worn when entering rad labs. Coats and goggles stay with the lab.
